Mela Restaurant — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

Open air, quite clean. Went for Sunday buffet. The food kept running low, or cold, or both. Cutlery and spoons had to be asked for while we with food hurriedly collected on the plates before it gets over, and glasses ran out when sitting with bottled drinking water.

The service team is going a great job with. Happy face trying their best to give cutlery and crockery to the guests but if the restaurant has no spoons, they can only wait while someone cleans and recycles whatever is available. I did like the effort people took to try their best for the guests.

But finally as a restaurant I will never go there again. After all I am paying the price listed on the menu, so why should I settle for cold, almost bottom layer food with no spoons while you hold...

One of the advantages of this restaurant is that it has a small play area for the kids to play to keep them occupied so family members can enjoy their meal and the other thing i enjoyed was they have live music which starts at 9pm not sure if it's everyday we had gone on a Saturday. Food is expensive almost all meals are beyond 15k onwards so have to keep...

Had gone to watch UEFA Q/F, Ordered Food, BUT WAITER SEEMED LIST BOTHERED IN TAKING THE ORDER,ORDER TOOK TOO LONG, THE ORDER WASN'T PRESENTED AS REQUESTED DURING ORDER PLACEMENT NEITHER WAITER NOR MANAGEMENT SHOWED COURTESY FOR WRONG ORDER PRESENTATION....
