ร้านกาแฟจะอยู่ทางเข้าที่แยกตัวออกจากโซน Chocolate ชอบประตูของที่นี่มาก ประตูจะเปิดอัตโนมัติเมื่อเราเดินเข้าในรัศมีของ Sensor (ประตู Swing)

สำหรับคนที่ต้องกิน Slow bar ต้องเลือกเม็ดกาแฟ และ Method ในการชงกาแฟที่หน้า Counter ก่อน เมล็ดกาแฟที่มีในแต่ละวันนั้นสามารถเลือกได้เฉพาะที่โชว์อยู่หน้า Counter

ตัวเมล็ดกาแฟของร้านนี้จะเน้นไปที่คั่วกลางเป็นหลัก (กินค่อนข้างง่าย) ถ้าเลือกเมล็ดกาแฟของไทยรสชาตจะออกโทนฟรุตตี้เปรี้ยวๆ หน่อยๆ ส่วนถ้าชอบเบลนกินแปลกๆ จะเป็นเมล็ดนอก เมล็ดไทย Barista จะชงออกแนวหวานๆ มาให้ลูกค้า หากชอบแบบเปรี่ยวสามารถแจ้ง Barista ได้เลย กาแฟที่ได้มาจะมาพร้อมกับ Information ที่บอกโทนของเมล็ดกาแฟที่ใช้ รวมถึง Method และ Process ที่ Barista ทำกาแฟให้เราดื่ม ถ้าสนมจในรายละเอียดสามารถสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจาก Barista ได้

สำหรับเมนูเค้ก ค่อนข้างเฉยๆ กับตัวเค้ก เนื้อเค้ก Brunt cheese เค้กค่อนข้างแข็ง ส่วน Burn ค่อนข้างไหม้ติดขมปลายๆ ส่วนตัวค่อนข้างชอบ Texture แบบนุ่มและเปรี้ยวมากกว่า สำหรับคะแนน 5 ดาวที่ให้ เป็นให้คะแนนให้กับกาแฟ + Barista เมนูขนมที่แนะนำและสั่งไปกินบ่อยๆ จะเป็นปังหลังมอ เมนูนี้สั่งมากินกับกาแฟได้ (เท่าที่เคยกินมาหลายที่ เมนูนี้ร้านนี้ยืนหนึ่ง)

ว่าถึงที่จอดรถ ร้านนี้ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างกว้างขวางจอดได้หลายคัน แต่ช่องจอดค่อนข้างแคบนิดนึง มีที่ชาร์จ EV ให้บริการ ที่จอดรถแชร์กันสองร้าน ถ้ามาช่วงเที่ยง วันหยุด ที่จอดอาจเต็มได้

This coffee shop is located at the entrance, just off the Chocolate zone. I love the automatic doors that open with a Sensor (Swing doors) when you step into the radius.

For those who enjoy a slow bar, choose your coffee beans and brewing method at the counter. The daily coffee beans are displayed at the counter, with a focus on medium roast for a relatively easy-drinking experience. If you prefer a Thai taste, it brings out fruity and slightly tangy notes.

Baristas are open to adjusting sweetness upon request. Each coffee comes with information about the beans, brewing method, and the barista's process.

For cake lovers, the burnt cheese cake has a firm texture with a slightly charred and bitter edge.

The parking is spacious, although one spot is a bit narrow. EV charging is available, and there's shared parking with another store. It's a great spot for coffee, barista expertise, and the recommended Pandan cake. Parking may fill up during lunch hours and weekends.

ร้านนี้เด่นเรื่องกาแฟและชาไทย แต่เมนูที่สั่งมากินวันนี้เป็นเมนูปังหลังมอ ปังหลังมอมี 2 แบบ แบบออริจินัลเนยนม กับแบบชีส แบบออริจินัลหวานกำลังดี กินแล้วฮีลใจมาก ยิ่งกินกับชา กาแฟยิ่งเข้ากัน ตัวแป้งขนมปังทำออกมาได้ดีมากกรอบนอกนุ่มใน ส่วนแบบชีสเองใช้ขนมปังแบบเดียวกันกับออริจินัล ชีสที่ใส่มาไม่แน่ใจประเภทชีส แต่พอกินแล้วรู้สึกว่ารสชาตของชีสไม่ได้โดดมากเกินไป เอามากินรวมกันกับออริจินัลก็อร่อยไปอีกแบบ

ถ้าสั่งกลับบ้านมา ร้านมี Instruction วิธีการอุ่นปังหลังมอมาให้ด้วย

This shop is known for its coffee and Thai tea, but the menu I ordered today was their signature "Pang Lang Mo". There are two types of Pang Lang Mo: the original version with butter and the cheese version.

The original version is deliciously sweet, and it tastes even better when paired with tea or coffee. The bread's texture is excellent, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

As for the cheese version, it uses the same bread base as the original, but I'm not sure what type of cheese they use. However, when I tried it, I felt that the cheese flavor was not too overpowering. When combined with the original Pang Lang Mo, it's even more delicious.

If you order it for takeaway, the shop provides instructions on how to reheat...

I was brought here not knowing anything about it. I've only been here once, so take my review work a grain of salt. Very clean, organized, and generally impressive. But this is not your typical coffee house. This place seems to cater to those that truly know and appreciate coffee; and every that goes into the coffee making process. That said... My experience with the person working the register was a negative one. The young lady working the register and taking orders gave off a sense of snobbery. Borderline rude. I asked two questions about the menu and I felt as if I was being bothersome. Note that there was no one else waiting to order behind me, so it definitely wasn't anything related to holding up a line. I enjoyed my coffee frape, but I won't be going back unless it's a special occasion or someone else wants to go. It's also very pricey. But if you want to go somewhere that apparently is highly specialized and informed when it comes to coffee, I'd say go check it out. If your "in the know"... You might...

coffee is very tasty. there is big parking place. they have free wifi but they turn it off during weekends because many people are coming there. family with kids and big group of people. not comfortable sits. chair are too low chair. high table has no space for knees. many diploma with awards around the place.

UPDATE: stuff is good. i order take away. last time i tried old brew 180thb. i like explanation of SFCB and coffee beans. they added more tables for working on laptops, but i see that couple sit on them. they prefer this tables instead of comfy zone. where tables a low and 2 meters between you and your friend. not comfy like it suppose to be. high table are still there and always empty) many interesting coffee devices are there but i had no time to take a look on everything( pls, add payment by...
