IROHA Ramen & Izakaya — Restaurant in Bang Kaeo Town Municipality

Food is always good and very nice. I am regular customer and very addicted to tsukemen at Iroha. But last Friday the service is very very poor. One of the staff (waitress )wrote down our queue that was ran into the second page of queue paper. And another staff wrote down 5set of people whose come after me in the first at the very last line. After 30mins, I ask back what about my queue in the second page. She just said after that 5 set of people that come after me. In fact I came first but need to wait because the staff run the queue very wrong. Not in sequence. I am very upset and very disappointed for this service level. The waitress never smiles, look like they are work as Zombie. And they have not solve the problem. No more Iroha, feel bad that i will not have your tsukemen but really can accept this waitress have been...

I gave this place many chances, but this will be the last time.

I’ve tried Shiro Ebi (shrimp) soup and the black soup. The black soup was mediocre, the shrimp soup is shrimpy and more interesting. The portion in the photo is regular, but it felt like 3/4 size of other ramen places. The toppings are what you can see. This shrimp bowl after adding vat and service charge, it costs 270 baht. For this portion and taste, I think it’s overpriced.

Also, I know that they try to copy the street side vendor style in Japan, but the hygiene should be for the one in department store. There were quite a few flies disturbing people while they eat. I’ve never encounter this many flies in Mega Bangna.

Had the ramen in centralworld japanese food hall

Tldr: pretty okay ramen that does its job. Great noodle texture, ok soup base but toppings were sad for the price paid.

Soup: on the sweet side. Couldve been good if it was richer in the pork bone area and tad bit spicier.

Noodle: liked it. Chewy and excellent. Give it a really good bite and its really nicely made.
