Pastale Home ย้ายมาโลเคชั่นใหม่ในซอย จรัญสนิทวงศ์ 34 บ้านหลังใหญ่ขึ้น แต่ยังคงยกเสน่ห์จากร้านเดิมมาแบบครบถ้วน ทั้งบรรยากาศโฮมมี่อบอุ่น ครัวเปิดขนาดใหญ่ที่ให้เราได้นั่งมองคุณเบนปรุงอาหารไปพร้อมกับกลิ่นหอมๆ ที่ลอยอบอวลในอากาศ

ชั้นหนังสือที่อัดแน่นด้วยการ์ตูน พ็อกเก็ตบุ๊ก และแมกกาซีนต่างประเทศ ไปจนถึงตู้ที่เรียงรายด้วยแก้ว จาน ชามวินเทจ ทุกมุมชวนให้นึกถึงบรรยากาศในหนังสือ Come home! จริงๆ 🏡

เมนูที่ลองวันนี้ก็ยังคงอร่อยน่าประทับใจเหมือนเดิมไม่เปลี่ยน ทั้งเมนไทโกะพาสต้า, สปาเก็ตตีผัดกระเทียมพริกสด ที่เสิร์ฟคู่แซลมอนย่างชิ้นโต และสลัดเต้าหู้นิ่ม รสชาติสดชื่นเบาๆ

ของหวานเราไม่พลาดเค้กลำไยแป้งข้าวก่ำน้อย กินคู่ครีมชีสโฮมเมดกับครัมเบิล นุ่มหอม ละมุน มีกลิ่นอายขนมไทย จับคู่กับลาเต้ร้อนในแก้ววินเทจ Pyrex อบอุ่นหัวใจสุดๆ ☕ ส่วนใครเป็นสายโกโก้บอกเลยว่า ต้องลองช็อกโกแลตเย็น คุณเบนชงได้เข้มข้นมาก อร่อยสุดๆ ค่ะ

ทุกจานสะท้อนความตั้งใจแบบ home cooking ที่ทำให้ Pastale ไม่เคยธรรมดาเลย และยังคงเป็นร้านที่ทำให้เราตกหลุมรักได้ซ้ำแล้วซ้ำอีก 💛
