Embers — Restaurant in Arun Ammarin Subdistrict

This is the second time we’ve been here I posted in the account endless bit it’s the restaurant embers This restaurant is really good it has good foods and good looking dishes the spaghetti mix with the cheese in the pasta its very good this time I went here for my birthday celebration my uncle gave me a Ike amiibo we was training him to compete into international competitions we left him to play at my house in my tv my uncle said if we want to get full levels we must leave the Ike amiibo at home to train and compete so back to my restaurant review I like the cheese I gave some to my uncle my uncle loves it I shared some so if we get a stomach ache we can get it together

First reason why everybody body needs to come to ember’s is the pizza and spaghetti (cheese of the pizza) taste so good together I loved it last time last time my mom stop me from eating my delicious dish this time my uncle stole my pasta covered in cheese and this time the food was so delicious he asked for more he said if we get a stomach ache we will get it together last time I don’t know what to do with the spaghetti and after I know what to do this time when I’m here when the spaghetti comes and pizza comes I know what to do

The second reason why everyone need to come to ember’s is the atmosphere is so good and the service when the pizza comes the waiter scrubs the cheese in front of us and we went to the pool my sister puts her foot in the pool and the music was so good it was classical music the cake was served so fast the pool was so cool for atmosphere

In conclusion ember is the best restaurant is the atmosphere and service was so good and the cheese in the pizza and the spaghetti taste so good together that’s why ember’s is the best...

Don’t judge the book by its cover!!! Behind this beautiful decoration is a mess.

Can’t recall much about the good things except Christmas decoration and one of the staffs who was very bubbly with superb service. Still this place is not worth coming as the food was not that nice - small portion compared to price and pepperoni pizza is way too salty.

For services, we needed to follow up for Gnocchi truffle 4 times! It’d never shown up and we ended up cancel this order….BUT we were asked to order more as we had not met the minimum spending of THB 3000 due to this order cancellation WHAT A JOKE!! Whose fault to blame then?

We also ordered Christmas pavlova since we sat down and of course followed up couple of times, but the dessert came 5 mins before the allowed eating time….yeap we tried to finish within 5 mins but staff came to our table and asked us to leave while we were waiting for a bill. WHAT A SHAME for this nice decoration but the service is HORRIBLE!

We made a complaint at the end as we thought the restaurant manager deserved to know about the situation, so they will get a chance to improve their future services!

Though we were offered for a compensation on service charge fee waving by the manager - felt slightly better because the service was poor but still insist not to...

The restaurant is too crowded (possibly because of the holiday season), making it lose its special and cozy atmosphere. I had to carefully avoid tripping over other customers’ hands while walking to restroom The food tastes like what you’d typically get at a standard Italian restaurant, but the prices are so high that it feels completely unjustified. If the prices dropped to about 60-70% of the current rates, it might be acceptable. Honestly, it feels like you’re trying too hard to handle too many bookings without having enough staff or ingredients to manage the demand. Everything is slow, which is very disappointing. Again, may be because of holiday season. The parking arrangement is terrible. There aren’t enough spaces, and customers have to take turns re-parking repeatedly. Some even have to park across the street, which is also completely full! Dining outside the building feels like sitting next to the sun. There’s no breeze at all, though a fan helps a bit. Overall, it feels like dining at a mediocre restaurant with an overpriced menu and no proper parking space. But the staff try their best to provide good service. We won’t be coming back...
