The staff was not welcoming AT ALL. The holy pork basil wasn’t cooked properly compared to other branches. The fried shallots were too oily which affected how crispy it was supposed to be. They even gave me the wrong order at first, so obviously the staff weren’t happy with their work. I’m a big fan of Easy!buddy but I would say Ladprao branch must shut down if they continue that kind...

ร้านข้าวผัดกะเพราไทย สไตล์ขึ้นห้าง ราคาต่อเมนูค่อนข้างสูง ประมาณ 250+ แต่เข้าใจได้เพราะขึ้นห้างด้วย และร้านเสนอความโดดเด่นของเมนู ทั้งเนื้อหมู เนื้อวัว กุ้ง ไข่ดาว(ไข่เป็ด) เยิ้มๆ สามารถเลือกระดับความเผ็ดของกะเพราได้

ตัวกะเพราเลือกได้ว่าจะเอาข้าวธรรมดา หรือผัดคลุกข้าวไปด้วย ตัวข้าวเรายังเลือกได้ด้วยว่าจะเอาข้าวสวย ข้าวเหนียว หรือคิวนัว เรียกได้ว่า custom ได้หลายแบบ เลือกสั่งได้ทั้งแบบเซต หรือแบบจานเดี่ยว

ตัวเซตได้ข้าวกะเพรา เราว่ารสชาติไม่ได้อร่อย Wow มากๆ แต่มันคือมาตรฐานที่ควรจะเป็นของกะเพราะ เผ็ดถึง เค็มถึง น้ำซุปรสกลมกล่อมดี มีข้าวโพดผัดเนย หอมแดงเจียว ไชเท้าดอง และพริกน้ำปลาที่เปรี้ยวนำ เผ็ดไม่มาก เป็นข้าวกะเพราะที่ presentation สวยมากๆ
