Everything was wrong with the tonkotsu pork ramen: overcooked egg, wrong cuts of pork, and they stuck together (wasn’t even separated when added), and the overcooked noodles were also stuck and clumped together (didn’t even stirred!). Impression of sloppy and inattentive cooking. Some rare seaweed — and that is all for ingredients! As for the broth, I’m not entirely sure; it had a very familiar taste reminiscent of dry broth cubes, but I might be mistaken about that.

This is our 3rd visit to this restaurant as a local Thai/English family. Again, we have no complaints. All the food was well presented and we didn't have to wait long for each dish. The 500g of sashimi Norway salmon was fresg, soft and delicious. The sushi rolls are big but they stock together well and can be eaten in 2 bites. The fried goyoza was crispy, tasty and so good. The salmon itself tasted and looked good but there was way too much rice per role. I don’t know whether you can see it from the pictures but a normal sushi role would be at least 3 to 4 times smaller with the same amount of fish, avocado, crab etc. I wouldn’t recommend...
