Absolutely fantastic! After spending nearly two decades in Japan and having tasted many pork cutlets, I can honestly say Tokatsuya is hands down the best. From the moist, tender cutlet to the homemade potato salad, all ingredients are fresh and delicious. The rice tastes like it came from a field in Niigata....the best.
