Fried rice Khao Soi this is sooo good. Like having a sambal belacan fried rice. Crispy pork is very flaky crispy. Pour some spicy seafood sauce over it and its just wow . Impressive fusion dish.

Stir fried kangkung Good wok hei. Tasty !

Pad kee mao Very strong herby holy basil taste. Nice for me but my sis found it too herby.

Tom Kha Gai creamy and mildly sour citrusy only. Would have been better more sour

Crispy omelette with mussel So taste and crispy ... very goof flavours in the egg itself.

Som tum pla ra Wife loves this so it was for her only 😅

Yum salmon Pairs so well with apple slices. Have to try at home !
