My wife and I are in town because my wife has Pilates training. Since I am Vietnamese and have been away from the US for a while my wife wanted me to eat some Vietnamese food. We ordered the rice noodle with lemongrass grilled pork with veggies, the Bun Bo Hue and we order togo their Banh Mi and Ban Xeo. I was very disappointed in the food. The Bun Bo Hue did not have any smell of lemongrass normally Bun Bo Hue has both Beef and pork in it. This one did not. They did not use the correct noodle either, when I asked for the Satay chili it was dry and no oil or garlic in the chili. The ban Xea was not done right the put minced meat and green pea and carrots that you would find in Fried rice and the put Cha cut up in tiny pieces. My wife's banh mi had no taste, there was no pate in it or butter or mayo, no green chili, no Maggie or soy sauce ,no salt or pepper. I will not go back. I have been to a number of different Vietnamese...

I waited for almost 10 minutes and nothing happened so I asked for the menu. Once I got the menu, I had to wait for another 15 minutes while waitress and waiters stood around talking. I was ready to leave when finally a waitress approached me and asked if I’ve been help. 2 sets of couples came in after me and was treated with respect unlike me who got ignored. I came to try out the restaurant so I’ll know to bring my husband here but this will be my last time here being...

However, this time I tried their Bo Kho (a beef stew served with baguette). While it didn’t quite match the authentic taste I’ve experienced in Vietnam, it was still enjoyable. The only downside was that the meat portion was a bit scant. Nonetheless, their Beef Pho is delicious and stands out compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. They also offer 'lochong,' a free dessert that everyone can enjoy after their meal. Overall, the food here is better than at other Vietnamese spots...
