My wife and I are in town because my wife has Pilates training. Since I am Vietnamese and have been away from the US for a while my wife wanted me to eat some Vietnamese food. We ordered the rice noodle with lemongrass grilled pork with veggies, the Bun Bo Hue and we order togo their Banh Mi and Ban Xeo. I was very disappointed in the food. The Bun Bo Hue did not have any smell of lemongrass normally Bun Bo Hue has both Beef and pork in it. This one did not. They did not use the correct noodle either, when I asked for the Satay chili it was dry and no oil or garlic in the chili. The ban Xea was not done right the put minced meat and green pea and carrots that you would find in Fried rice and the put Cha cut up in tiny pieces. My wife's banh mi had no taste, there was no pate in it or butter or mayo, no green chili, no Maggie or soy sauce ,no salt or pepper. I will not go back. I have been to a number of different Vietnamese...

The atmosphere is nice, food taste good but customer service sucks. Everyone was standing around after sitting my son and I down and didn’t even get us the menu. I waited for almost 10 minutes and nothing happened so I asked for the menu. Once I got the menu, I had to wait for another 15 minutes while waitress and waiters stood around talking. I was ready to leave when finally a waitress approached me and asked if I’ve been help. 2 sets of couples came in after me and was treated with respect unlike me who got ignored. I came to try out the restaurant so I’ll know to bring my husband here but this will be my last time here being...

For Vietnamese food in Chiang Mai, this restaurant is my favorite so far. I've visited over five times, usually opting for the Beef Pho. However, this time I tried their Bo Kho (a beef stew served with baguette). While it didn’t quite match the authentic taste I’ve experienced in Vietnam, it was still enjoyable. The only downside was that the meat portion was a bit scant. Nonetheless, their Beef Pho is delicious and stands out compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. They also offer 'lochong,' a free dessert that everyone can enjoy after their meal. Overall, the food here is better than at other Vietnamese spots...

apart from the repetitive muzak in the background that seems to be on a loop of 20 seconds (must drive the staff crazy) the restaurant itself is ambiance par excellence; equally the food matches the sublime surroundings ED Since writing this, the management has turn the music off. located close enough but away from the main road to not hear the traffic noise. plus you get a Mountain View. recommended; especially for lunchtime. one star off for the repetitive music and crass cardboard advertising on the tables.

Ordered the spicy pomelo salad and spring rolls. Both tasty. However, for me personally I felt like I was eating pure sugar. The salad could absolutely cut 50% the added sugar and still be very sweet. Service was quick and there is a call button which is great. They also leave bottles of water on tables for purchase if you’re thirsty there no wait. Only true disappointment is that there’s no Vietnamese egg coffee, which is how I found myself here to begin with.
