This little place needs to be known! This Thai chef worked at the Marriott's for many years and learnt how to make homemade pasta ! His spaghetti sauce is made from beautiful tomatoes from a local area . His spaghetti aglio is delicious and cooked to perfection. I have not tried the gnocchi yet but will soon. The salads chef/ Ceasar are all made with care and are succulents. Both the pastas and the salads are very affordable because he wants everyone to be able to afford it. I strongly recommend you visit this restaurant when you crave Italian food. There are some iconic dishes and some with the chef/owners "Thai style" which is elegant and delicious. I had the oglio olio with ham and the flavor was astounding. My partner had the mushroom cream sauce and she said it was decadent and flavorful. We split the chefs salad which is a slightly altered caesar salad and was equally delightful. I will now be a regular of this restaurant.

We found this restaurant by accident down a quiet laneway, but in close proximity to the Shangri La hotel, Chiang Mai. Chef Ton has many years experience working in a range of excellent hotel restaurants, and has now opened his own homemade pasta restaurant. The food menu offers a wonderful Thai-Italian fusion, and there are a number of unique smoothie combinations such as pineapple and sweet basil.
