THE VOLCANO หลัง มช. — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I've had The Volcano toast a few years ago in Bangkok but only recently found out that it's a Chiang Mai original! I love their cheese toast - legit has a pull to it (see pic) and the cheese is not sweet.

This branch has plenty of seating on the second floor - on each of my visits so far it was quite empty. Some tables have plug outlets. Some tables are designed to link with the table next to them so it was rather annoying to sit by someone who kept shaking the entire structure. There are some simple board games free to use.

The staff here are mostly young, don't speak English much, but are super friendly and accommodating.

I visited Volcano to enjoy our family's favorite dessert. I always went to Volcano in Central Airport, and this was our first time visiting there. First, it's on the second floor, so if you order on the first floor and wait at the table on the second floor, they bring you food. When they're busy, you'll have to look at the electronic display and go down to pick it up yourself. The second floor is very hot because it only has one air conditioner. The weather is so hot these days that it feels hot. It's cool to sit in the direction of the air conditioner. Volcano cheese toast and chocolate toast are always so delicious, and the staff were really friendly...

This place is very famous with colleague students! The Super Cheese toast is a must try and we have also ordered Volcano Toast with chocolate sauce and whipped cream, they are awesome! The price is a bit high if you compare to other food in CM. Yet still worth trying... spend an afternoon in...
