During our visit to CM, I asked a Korean friend if there’s a good Korean restaurant in town, she recommended this newly opened Korean fusion place. After visiting, I was going to rate our experience as a 4-star, however, considering the restaurant is very new, it deserve a chance to be a 5-star. I would offer a recommendation with the hope that our overall experience would be improved the next time we visit. First, the tasting menu is unbelievably reasonable. All the dishes were authentic, tasty with quality, and the restaurant is artfully decorated. We ordered the more expensive tasting menu at less than 400 baht for each person, unbelievable! The tasting menu included some 12 dishes plus dessert. It would be nice if the serving staff could briefly highlight a couple of the main dishes, but with this much food at this low price, it’s probably asking too much. However, we felt a bit stressed once our meal started as the dishes came almost one after another; even though some dishes were just a bite or two, we couldn’t keep it up. Half way through, I asked a serving lady if it’s possible to slow down a bit so we could catch our breath. The next thing happened was that all the remaining dishes came our all at once. It was probably my poor English, nevertheless, I would recommend offering a few minutes between dishes so that customers would have time to enjoy each delicious dish. This time our dishes were all served in about 30 minutes, not sure it was because we were the only table in the restaurant? Overall, this new place is definitely worth a visit, especially if you like...
Read moreIt's a luxurious Korean restaurant in Chiang Mai. I made a reservation during the opening time on Saturday, my husband's birthday, in late April, and my family of four visited. There were not many people in lunch time, I think a lot of people come at dinner time. When I first enter the door, the staff greets me with a bright smile and guides me to my seat. My family members are 7 and 8 years old, so I ordered a total of 3 courses, 2 B courses and 1 C course, and we had a very satisfactory meal. My husband really wanted to eat Boiled Ox Knee Slices (suge), and fortunately, it was really good, and the children also really enjoyed braised short ribs and short rib patties. All the dishes such as Stir-fried octopus, soy sauce shrimp, and braised mackerel were delicious, so I really enjoyed them. The staff kindly prepared enough food, so I enjoyed the meal. (I think it would be good to remove the intestines from the shrimp back before serving on the...
