Concept Yard Chiangrai : Multi-Living Space — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

With a group of 7 people, we booked the entire place for our one night stay. It’s located above a cute little cafe, which were both operated by the mother-and-son duo. We arrived late at night and had to leave very early the next day. Before she left for the night, she prepared the bread, spreads, coffee/tea for our breakfast next day but she still came in earlier than her usual timing the next morning to make sure we have breakfast before we leave. We, in turn ordered more food from her cafe to try and end up leaving later than our schedule time. But no complain here cos we really enjoy our time here! ||The place is very cosy and nicely decorated and it’s very comfortable; it’s sparkling clean too! If you have a big group of friends of family, we suggest to book the entire place; which easily sleep 10-12 pax as they have 4 rooms (we only used 3 out of the 4 rooms) ||Every corner is picture worthy and we cannot recommend it enough if you’re coming to Chiang Rai! It’s located opposite of Wat Ming Muang, which is a small but really beautiful Thai Temple! 7-11 convenient store is also just a short walk away. If I was able to give 0 stars then I will! Went there expecting proper Benedict eggs, but finez! I’m used to that everyone in Asia has their own style, so I didn’t complain for the fried egg I had. Also I asked for a smoothie which was served in a fancy glass that accidentally I broke. At the time of pay the owner was on the phone asking for 400 bhats ( I don’t call that a compensation, she was asking to have the glass paid in full) I agree it was my fault, so I paid, but if you don’t want your expensive glasses be broken you don’t serve on them in a restaurant !! Staff was apologizing so I don’t blame them, I wanted to pay credit card as it was my last cash and I was flying back that day. Their credit card machine didn’t work, accidents happen so if it is your fault you can’t help? Make sure they serve you in plastic or if it is glass it is not an ikea glass they want to...
