I recently had breakfast at Sahalodh Prok Blood Soup restaurant near the Chiang Rai Clock Tower. It was a delightful experience that offered a glimpse into the local culinary culture of Northern Thailand. The rice noodles, which resembled pasta, were a unique twist compared to other noodle soups I've tried. However, it would have been perfect if the noodles had absorbed more of the soup's seasoning. Why are you all hyping about this restaurant? The grounded pork balls smelled and tasted sour, when cut in half, it's still pink inside, definitely undercooked. Pork's organs also smelled a bit and most of them are overcooked. I normally finish all the dishes but this is unbearable. We paid and then go back to our boring hotel breakfast instead.
