As others have noted in prior reviews, this local, no-frills 100% vegan restaurant is a rarity to find in Chiang Rai... Somewhat close to the main road that links the White Temple and Blue Temple.
We came here as a quick lunch stop during our day tour to Chiang Rai. The food variety is good and the ladies who work there are very helpful in explaining ingredients in each dish. You can either get from the pre-made items or order off the menu - we ended up doing a combo of both.
BTW...the prices are very inexpensive. The four of us ate for 360 TBH.
They also sell packaged vegan snacks and ingredients such as pastes and sauces.
Would certainly come back to Oasis the next time we're...

Extremely affordable plant-based dishes with great variety: options are rice with pre-made dishes or fresh dishes (e.g. khao soi). All dishes were of great quality and tasty, though the pre-made dishes were quite cold (this may be because we went to the restaurant quite late).
The restaurant is also a shop filled with loads of plant-based goods like mock meats and curry pastes. The owner was very friendly and helped us understand all the different products she was selling at the restaurant and shop.
Overall, highly recommend for all vegetarians,...

Actually it looked and tasted nothing like Khao Soi, when it was being prepared I saw the brown color and asked if it was KS and the nice lady said it was. And then when I tasted it, I asked again and she said yes again. Maybe this is my ignorance and there are many types of KS, but I only know of the one which is yellow and tastes of a coconut curry. This tasted a lot more like a Pakistani delicacy Nihari, which I absolutely love! So I ordered KS and got Nihari, was surprised at first but still enjoyed the flavors. Loses one star for using instant noodles instead...
