Small Spanish restaurant, very cute and cozy.

**There’s no car parking, only space along the street for scooters. **If you’re a tourist, you can’t pay with a regular Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card. Only cash or Thai QR code is accepted.

There are both indoor and outdoor tables, and even though the restaurant is right on the road, it still feels cozy.

The paella is good, but not like in Spain, the rice was overcooked. For the tapas, I tried the anchoas “escala” (much larger compared to real Spanish ones) and chipirón with black ink (they weren’t cleaned properly).

Small details: in the menu the price of the paella is listed per person, but the minimum order is for two, so it ends up being twice the price you see.

We decided to try this place after seeing some reviews online. Once we’d arrived and driven by we were a little shocked by the location and setting. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere and very quiet. We hesitated if we should try or go somewhere else, we ended up taking the punt. We arrived to an empty restaurant on a Wednesday to some very friendly staff members. We sat and ordered and the staff gave us wine recommendations. To my surprise and relief all the dishes were decent and the rose was really nice and good value for money! The prawns were fresh and sweet with a nice sauce. The octopus was soft yet had the right amount of chew.
