As a dad of two, I don’t leave reviews often — but I couldn’t stay silent about ETNA Restaurant. This is one of those rare places where you instantly feel: they were genuinely happy to see you, and they truly prepared for your visit.

We came with my 7-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter, and I was already bracing for the usual routine: kids fussy, refusing to eat, me scrambling to improvise… But the staff at ETNA completely turned the evening around! Calm, attentive, and genuinely kind to children — they didn’t just hand us a menu; they helped us choose Thai dishes that would actually work for little ones. They explained what wasn’t spicy, offered smaller portions, and even cracked a few gentle jokes to put the kids at ease.

In the end, both kids happily ate mild tom yum, chicken and veggie fried rice — and my daughter even asked for seconds of spring rolls! Meanwhile, I got to enjoy perfect pasta and a glass of great wine… a rare luxury for any parent 😄

We had an incredible experience celebrating Svetlana’s birthday at Etno on February 26, 2025. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s design, music, and overall vibe created the perfect setting for a memorable evening.

Utterly appalling experience at this establishment! Walked in with my girlfriend and her Thai friends, and the unwelcoming vibe was palpable. Despite having a reservation, we were treated like unwanted guests. The blatant disrespect towards my girlfriend and her friends, all Thai nationals, was disgusting. It's 2025, and some places still haven't grasped the concept of inclusivity and respect for all patrons, regardless of their background or orientation. The staff's condescending attitude towards our mixed group was a major turn-off. Their apparent disdain for the LGBTQ community is a huge red flag. To the LGBTQ community, PLEASE DO NOOT GO HERE, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE NOT WELCOME! One star is too generous for the atrocious service we received. To the management, I'd say: Get with the times, or get left behind. We'll be taking our business (and our complaints) elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money – avoid this place...
