La Costa Beach Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

Beautiful location a short stroll from hotel, service great but thats where the accolades ends. We ordered 2 adult and a childs meal. After 5 minutes one adult meal arrives, 5 minutes later the child meal arrives, 25 minutes later (and post many requests) the other adult meal arrives as a family we were hoping to eat together. The seafood grill arrives on a small BBQ type structure giving the impression it a hot grill.

As expected sitting on the beach there is a constant breeze so the food went cold faster then an indoor setting. When checked the coals on the grill wear just cold rocks. As were we explaining to the waiter he starts laughing and had the be reminded that I didn’t find the situation amusing.

The food was below par, calamari and pasta was 6/10 seafood the worst ever, everything cold and dry. Save you money and eat somewhere else. We previously ate at T55 the on-site steak house and...

We recently spent a day enjoying the facilities at Mövenpick Jomtien, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Though we weren’t staying at the hotel, we were welcomed with top-notch service as we used their pool facilities and dined at La Costa Beach Restaurant & Bar (THB 1,000 for one-day pass).
