Tonkotsu Ramen Rinko — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Pre-opening working hour notice was on the table but they are already ready to serve at high quality and authentic. The restaurant inside is very clean and kids friendly. I tried 400g noodle of Jiro inspired ramen, I think this restaurant is top tier level.

Firstly this restaurant has custom order sheet for adjusting to each customer’s demand. This is very good system which is applied at the most of Jiro inspired ramen restaurants in Bangkok.

Secondly, the bowl is well considered size and the spoon was Royal Porcelain brand. Very comfortable to eat. A staff kindly served second small bowl for eating.

Thirdly the taste Noodle : thickness and the shape of noodles, boiling time, draining process, serving temperature everything is perfect.

Soup : as per custom order, soup has been perfectly blended and served with separate dense shoyu base concentrated sources for realizing the best density of the soup. Temperature is ok. The seabura (back fat of pork) is smooth but the cut size was not small it may also chef’s consideration. But the garlic was chopped into well small size, which can be well dispersed into soup and stick to the noodles.

Pork: so fantastic. I could choose 1 from 2parts Pork shoulder or pork belly. I chose pork shoulder and I didn’t need to bite a lot it melt in the mouth.

Vegetables: Cut size a little large but boiling time was good fit to my favorite hardness.

Boiled egg: semi boiled egg dipped in shoyu source was real authentic...

I have wanted to come to try for a long time! This restaurant was recommended by Japanese people who live in Pattaya. I always love Japanese Ramen so far only few places in Pattaya satisfied my love for the Ramen. Now this place is another wonderful addition to my list. They have 2 thickness for the Ramen choices, personally I always prefer the thick noodles. Bone soup slightly salty, but I don't mind. I, myself, finished the Shoyu thick Ramen including the soup, the pork meat actually "melted " in the soup and the meat was tasty too. Then I ordered a smaller bowl plain thin Ramen with side order of green vegetable and bamboo shoots. Again I finished the whole noodles and soup! Because I arrived little before 2pm, restaurant was quite so I didn't need to wait for a table. Staff were courteous too. I would come back again and again if I am in the neighborhood. The best bowl of ramen I’ve ever had! You must try this restaurant for dinner. The broth was so delicious. Noodles are thick or thin and you can add more of your favorites (pork, egg, seaweed, etc.).
