belong to the central restaurant group, this one at central rama 9, actually pepper lunch restaurant has branches in almost all premium shopping malls, showing its popularity with customers, it also has overseas branch, eg hong kong, the restaurant plays back ground english songs, staff can speak/understand order in english, this time i ordered salmon n chicken set, and added mushroom soup, the restaurant absorbs VAT in its bill, no service charge 😊👍

First and foremost, it was busy. I chose the wrong day and time to come here but nevertheless, it was as chaotic as Bangkok's traffic! Tables were not clear, dirty floor, the restaurant was under staffed, people waiting more than 30 minutes, customers going up to the window where the kitchen is situated requesting things. Absolutely crazy. I ordered my food but it seems other staff were not aware and kept handing me the menu multiple times. Won't be visiting again on....
