When I first arrived at this restaurant, no one greeted me at all, and when I tried to contact staff, they were all occupied with the other two tables, which made me feel like no one was paying attention to me at all, so I sat there, walked out, and returned to be greeted by staff who also did not respond to me yet, Does this restaurant participate in any Hyatt membership promotions or not?
The food I ordered was extremely pricey in comparison to the quality, and I believe that for this money, I should visit to another 5 star hotel since the actual issue is not the price, but the level of service, which was really low and unworthy of the amount they tried to charge.
After I ordered the food, two more staff came to ask me to order food, and during the meal, many men walked by looking very busy, and no one asked me how the food was or if there was anything else I needed, such as condiments.

My friends and I sampled a variety of dishes, and we were not disappointed. The food is fresh, uses high quality ingredients, and considering The Pool House Kitchen is located inside a resort, I didn't find the prices overly expensive.
