The Tripadvisor description of this place says: "Cozy and elegant, the sophisticated Teppanyaki restaurant Mizu offers a dynamic and interactive dining concept for intimate yet exuberant social gatherings." Sounds like an advertisement for a Michelin-starred restaurant, doesn’t it? It may look like a nice place, but unfortunately, I must say with regret that your idea of ‘interactivity’ has been taken to the point of absurdity! This has nothing to do with creating an intimate atmosphere. Instead, there’s constant shouting, loud banging of pans, and wild yelling. Such noise might be expected at a boxing gala or a football stadium, but certainly not during dinner after 8 p.m. I would strongly suggest that you inform customers in advance that the noise and shouting from tourists tossing eggs into the air — all enthusiastically encouraged by the chef — may well exceed 100 dB. Needless to say, this has absolutely nothing to do with Japanese...

Dined here twice during our stay at Hyatt Regency with our 2 kids (4 and 9 years old). There are limited seats (16 per slot) and they have 2 lunch and 2 dinner slots. All ingredients freshly prepared and the chefs were entertaining. Food was delicious and our suitable for the kids. Price on the higher side but worth it for the service and food quality. The service staff were sincere and warm, making the effort to make us feel welcomed and tried to connect with us and our kids. Special thanks to Earn, who served us on both occasions! Absolutely loved our dining experience at Mizu Teppanyaki! The atmosphere was elegant and cozy, with a beautifully designed interior. The food was top-quality — fresh seafood and flavorful dishes that exceeded expectations.
