I had a great time in Kanchanaburi taking a train there. Here, visitors should note the signage says RANchanaburi, and you kinda see the photos up on one wall about it. But it doesn't make sense if you REALLY think about it. Those are older than my grandparents ok. It's a hostel but only a single room given, and then next to whom. RAN - from photos, what happened to the naval officer in terms of the movie, and then who is this. They have hot oven for pizza there but the mr. wanted to push steak which from America would not be close, and then they held my hamburger for a while. They refused wifi, and about it. I ran across to 711 back and forth. Each of the garages which I thought were auto repair type of businesses are mostly eats so all's good. Food was exceptional around in terms of street food and authentic. With the cannabis shops, massages, etc. nearby it's def an adult 21+ type of vibe. And trust your senses. The thing I hated the most here was any question what race am I - korean japanese chinese etc. it's just obnoxiously annoying. And then the female was like sit there in the front like bait or what then at 180thb hamburger and soda hello, and then not even post or anything. And then wifi was like oh use theirs etc. it was really weird as next morning she was like remember you said you would. huh. but i HATE that. korean japanese chinese crud I mean obviously then if they don't know, they sure aint. hello. But just use...
Read moreStopped quickly just to check out the menu, but the owner was so friendly, I couldn't resist trying his food. So glad I did, the cheeseburger was one of the best I've had in Thailand. The fries were also hot, crispy with good taste. They don't serve alcohol, but they are happy for you to go right across to 7/11 and buy you're own. As I said the owner is very friendly and actually super interesting. We chatted for a good while, until it became a little busier. O and finally the prices are very cheap for the quality that is being served. A must try if you are...
Read moreGreat and authentic food! Clay oven pizza at its best! Honestly a great find in Kanchanaburi. We were so impressed with the quality of food, the atmosphere and the hosts desire to make you feel welcome. Great place for tourists as the host speaks English really well. Everything is freshly made and you can even see the pizza you order freshly made and cooked in the oven outside. The ribeye was delicious but the star was the blue cheese pasta dish with penne. So happy to have found this place on...
