After eating here, I felt scammed and humiliated. Please look at the photos. Is it fair to pay $7 for this salad?
If I were the owner of this store, I would be ashamed to sell a salad that isn't even a handful of veggies and tomatoes and a little cheese for $7 to my customers.... This is called fraud.
If you go to a 7/11 store and buy pre-cut, pre-washed salad packages that don't even cost a dollar, and put them on this plate, I'm sure it will look thicker. They shamelessly sell this salad plate for $7, and when I said to the waiter, "Is this a joke? Do you think this is a $7 salad plate?", the waitress replied, "All portions are like this in this area."
In the other photo, you will see the pasta I ate for $8. Asking customers $8 for a handful of pasta is fraudulent and humiliating to the customer.
I think the positive comments here are fake. Because no one would be happy to go to this store and make a fool out of him/herself and pay $$ for such small portions, with a 10% service fee on top.
This shop is located on the ground floor of a building(?) in the middle of the street. So I don't think it has a very high rent. Because it is not on the main street. Also, when I entered the shop, I was surprised that it was empty inside despite the good comments. But now I understand. Because the customers will avoid coming here next time after paying these fees. Because this place is a trap. It's a good thing I didn't order a pizza for over $15. Otherwise, I would probably go crazy with anger.
I want to say this to the shop owner who reads these comments: If you think that by selling small portions like this for high prices you would make money and your business would go well, you are wrong. Because even though we tourists come here for vacation, we are not fools to waste our money and pay $7 for a salad with very ordinary vegetables in small portions. I did that, and i feel like I'm humiliated. it is what it is.
Stay away from this place. Seriously. If you don't believe the prices, you can go there yourself and see the prices from the menu at...
Read moreI have been living in Thailand for a year and a half, and I highly, highly recommend visiting this restaurant. While I can’t speak for every dish on the menu, the breakfast options—specifically the English and American breakfasts—are absolutely top-tier. The food is seasoned to perfection, tastes incredibly fresh, and leaves you fully satisfied.
What makes it even better is that the breakfast deal includes any drink of your choice from the menu (though this may vary depending on when you visit). The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy your meal or even get some work done. The space is clean, comfortable, and conducive to both relaxation and productivity.
The English breakfast here is hands down the best I’ve had since moving to Thailand. If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy a hearty, well-made breakfast, this place is a must-visit. I can’t...
Read moreEdit: Why did the owner change his/her answer to my review? Why did the owner first say that all these loud noises are happening because of the renovation but now saying that they don't remember my visit to the store? This is not a reliable and professional approach...
We went there to have breakfast. The female staff on duty in the morning served us as if she were not happy with our arrival. The breakfast we had was not bad. The tomatoes were fresh. The bread was fresh, and we liked the complimentary tea. But I don't know why but the restaurant was empty and the staff was not smiling, which made us a little uncomfortable. Also, I don't know what they were doing inside, but the constant banging on something and the bang like sounds made us leave immediately...
