Pacamara Coffee Roaster Thonglor 25 — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict

It used to be my most favorite cafe but it got less and less comfortable.

Staffs look like they are busy for some business, not related to customers.

Their promotions are never clear and you don’t get what you expect, but staffs don’t care.

For example, you see a big poster saying “Buy1 Free1” next to the counter but staffs don’t even suggest it when you order a drink.

So you ask them about it, then they say you have to install their app. (It’s not at all written on the poster)

As you search for it, you’d just find that the app isn’t available in the AppStore of your country. What an awkward moment...

Pacamara the Specialty Coffee Lab is tucked away deep in Thonglor Soi 25 and not very easy to find. Calling up the cafe for directions helps. Like the modern and industrial, yet not "icy-cold" interior interior. Also interesting to see the cafe dedicating an island table for their staff to experiment with coffee right next to its counter.

Ordered the "Snow (Bing-su) Cold Brew" with the staff's recommendation. This is a sweeter / dessert version of its original counterpart and may not suit those who prefer non-sweet drinks. COVID concern alert/ health concern

Came in on the weekend, one tall male staff with a running nose, mask was on this chin, rubbing his running nose with bare hand. Then grab a plastic cup, open the ice lid, grab the ice with ice scoop, didn’t wash hand after touch his running nose. Went back in the kitchen. Other staffs saw it say nothing. . . . .
