We were lucky to be staying near to Dannys, so we've been there for breakfast and dinner.....a few times - it's that good. If there is a large group of you, it would be advisable to reserve a table. The food is fantastic, there was a pasta special on the first night we went, rigatoni with gorgonzola and beef cheeks. Normally I wouldn't choose a pasta for an evening meal. But this sounded good, and I wasn't disappointed. It was the best tasting thing I have eaten in the last 6 months of travelling. So good, I had to go back and have it again. The English breakfast is also great, proper sausages - Daniel is English, and a chef, so it's done properly 🍽️😋 The portion sizes are generous, particularly the ribs. We watched grown men ask for a take out box! This is a small family run business, so when it's busy, service may be a little slower, but so what. Dannys is excellent value, great food and...

Craving for something not heavy but more on the healthy side with veggies I fancied the falafel salad. Super fresh ingredients and the falafel (gourmet style) and two homemade flat breads with as well. All extremely tasty. Had 2 glasses of a nice and reasonable priced Chilean white wine that went down very well with the food😊
Daniel is a well know Chef on the island and he knows how to make exceptional GOOD FOOD.

But the real star? The ribs. Tender, smoky, and bursting with flavor, they’re hands down the best on the island. The marinade is rich and perfectly balanced, and the meat falls right off the bone.
The cozy atmosphere and friendly service only add to the experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to mix up their meals while on Koh Lanta. You...
