N and N Restaurant — Restaurant in Ko Lanta Yai

Where do I start, amazing place we absolutely loved it here. We have stayed in koh lanta for 5 days and have eaten every meal here apart from 1. The breakfast sets are good value for money you can get a cooked breakfast or thai breakfast with coffe/tea and juice some also come with a plate of fruit for about 140-190 baht. We tried several things off the menu each day pineapple fried rice, chicken cashew nuts, chicken with garlic and peppers, massaman curry, hot plate, pasta dishes, sandwiches, spring rolls, mushroom soup and chicken satay the list goes on but these are a few of our favourites. My boyfriend is also gluten free the owner spoke very good english and understood this and was happy for us to bring our own oyster sauce and soy sauce which the kitchen used to make the dishes for my boyfriend to be able to eat. Before we found this restaurant he would have to stick to the same food (thai omelette and rice mainly) because alot of places didnt understand what a gluten allergy is (no fault of there own its just the language barrier). The service was spot on every time, we sat on the same table every visit and when the staff saw us pull up on the bike they would be setting the table up ready for us this made us feel very welcomed. I also had a problem with a swollen elbow and very painful arm the one day the owner was lovely and made up ice packs for me and helped us find the closest pharmacy. We will definitely be visiting again and very sad to be leaving tomorrow. The owner also made us up some fruit boxes to take on our long bus journey to koh samui. What do you want me to say? That is a great restaurant and chill place right next to the beach! The location is misplaced on gMaps. It is straight down the sideroad. The have about 4 roofed beach cabines which grant you a amazing look over the sea. Me and my wife spent every morning until noon there. Very tasty food and drinks for reasonable prices! The staff and the owner are amazingly friendly and helpful.

About 30 metres before reaching N&N there is the car&motorbike rental of Mr. Wichan Kueachat (Khun Nood´s wife sells very tasty shakes and thai pancakes right next to the rental shop). The most trustful motorbike rental you can find. With him you can be sure not to get scammed in the end of your rental period. He does also organize trips from everywhere to everywhere. We ate here for lunch and for dinner. We were looking for a place to lunch that was not that far from our hotel due to the rainy weather. The food and hospitality left a big impression so we had to go back for dinner. You have a menu with a lot of options. This is all we ordered: Shrimp spring rolls, mango sticky rice, thai curry fried rice, red curry soup and pineapple fried rice. Every single dish was amazing! It’s very tasty and rich flavours. The owner (I think) was really nice and helpful with our questions. If you are in Koh Lanta, try this place! We paid around 420 baht for lunch and 410 baht for dinner. Also, try their smoothies.
