Jasmine Nui — Restaurant in Ko Lanta Yai

My experiences at Jasmine Nui restaurant were sadly tainted by issues with honesty and integrity from the staff. Despite staying nearby and visiting three times during my stay, I encountered consistent problems with billing and service that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

On each occasion, I noticed discrepancies in our bill. Extra items were added that we hadn't ordered, and prices seemed to fluctuate, always resulting in a higher total than expected. Initially, I gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was an innocent mistake. However, after repeated instances of this behavior, it became clear that it was not an isolated incident.

To make matters worse, on our third visit, we were short-changed by the staff. This was the final straw for me. It was disheartening to see such blatant dishonesty from a place where I had hoped to enjoy good food and hospitality.

Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend Jasmine Nui restaurant to others. If you do decide to dine here, I strongly advise meticulously checking your bill for any discrepancies. It's a shame that such a beautiful location is marred by such...

Delicious food and very very attentive and friendly owners. The papaya -salad was made out of a freshly picked papaya from a tree just across the street and also the others dishes were very good! The restaurant just reopened one day ago after Covid19 and we were very happy to encounter MrNui and his lovely children. It is nice food, a beautiful view and in the evenings, there are fire dances. Lunch and dinner is good, they are nice with children. However, don’t go there for an early breakfast (f.e. Because you have small kids that wake up early). The restaurant is open but it takes forever till the breakfast is ready and they forgot a few parts (juice that was included in one of the “sets”).
