We stayed at Lazy Days Bungalows for over 10 nights and absolutely loved everything about it. The bungalows are charming, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.||The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a stunning beach with plenty of sunbeds, a great restaurant, and a bar that serves excellent cocktails. There are also several other restaurants, massage spots, and bars within walking distance, making it convenient without feeling crowded.||The staff is fantastic and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of.||As for the noise—yes, we saw the reviews mentioning that the bungalows aren’t soundproof and you might hear music from the nearby party. We were a bit concerned and even brought our own earplugs (which the resort also provides), but we never needed them. During our entire stay, we only heard the music once. The rest of the nights were incredibly peaceful, with only the soothing sounds of nature—birds, the forest, and other wildlife.||Honestly, it felt like being in the jungle, which added to the charm. The resort clearly states on their website that the bungalows are made of bamboo and not soundproof, so we knew what to expect.||We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Lazy Days to anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled beach getaway. Hope we’ll...
Read moreLazy days is such a fabulous place. From arranging a pick up from the airport, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to offer info, arrange trip, scooters and are just generally really genuinely kind and friendly. The restaurant has some amazing food best breakfast had in Thailand, portion, variety and presentation. Delicious satay sauce ever had. The whole concept of lazy days is wonderful peaceful, well kept grounds right on the beach. Their dedication to conservation is admirable with plastic free straws from a company called plantastic, rooms come with trash hero bottles which can be used to refill with water at reception and a number of places on the island, linens are not changed every day only when requested- we love all of it. Our beachfront hut was amazing, well equipped, lovely decoration and furnishings. When we were not strolling on the beach, sitting on a lounger reading we loved to see the monitor lizards who we named Monty and Murray. With Scooters it is easy to pop to shops, local restaurants and beach which are all so accessible.
This will always be an special place for us as we got engaged there and it was made all the more special for the amazingly friendly, helpful and kind staff, could not recommend...
Read moreThis was our favourite stay out of our whole 3 week trip around Thailand and we didn’t want to leave ever from this hotel or Koh Lanta.||From start to finish it was pretty much perfect and we cannot literally give very many downsides at all.||It’s 150baht each person from port and you can usually message them (we did on booking.com) and they arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the pier and then on leaving they did the same and saved lot of Hassle.||They also arranged (we messaged in advance) for us to have use of a moped for our stay - which I will say is necessary when on the island - and it was 250baht a day/for a 24hr period and it was so easy to get around.||The hotel itself, we had a beachfront bungalow and it was perfect and so nice. No complaints and people moaning about noise, well your own stupidity for booking a bungalow by the beach and not in a hotel as it’s pretty obvious it’s not going to be soundproof. They also provide earplugs in the room for the moaners out there.||Honestly cannot fault them and they also just allowed us to charge to the room and pay on leaving so yeah we’d recommend this place to literally everyone.||And you get to walk out the room onto the beach who can complain there!...
