I never do reviews, however this is expectional place. Dont get fooled by simple (just 4) tables and area. This little bistro is run by family. Mom cooks and husband with son take care about customers. I would like to point out, that food is absolutely delicious. Always made of fresh ingredients and from scratch, no shortcuts!. You can even hear pesle and mortar. You can see true love behind her culinary skills and joy of cooking food. You can see her tasting your dish during cooking which is always good sign of a good chef. Since its one man (woman) show, you need to be patient about your order. I loved the small selection (maybe 14?) meals which is perfect. Be ready to order at least 2 portions per person if you are hungry. I would say, that portions are 2/3 of regular portion, but thats good because its very cheap and for a 2-3 visits you can taste everything from the menu. I wouls point out, that her tom yum was ine of the best or maybe the best I have tasted so far! You must try it.
Only negative is, that there is small selection of drinks (we had only coke, pepsi or water). Some nice thai plum soda would...

Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in all of Thailand—no exaggeration! I could easily see it earning a Michelin star. The food is simply outstanding: expertly prepared, made with the freshest ingredients, and seasoned to perfection. The flavors are authentically Thai, bursting with richness and depth. And the fried chicken? It comes in a thick, unbelievably crispy coating that is beyond words!
Yes, you might have to wait a little for a table and for your meal, but trust me—it is worth every minute. The taste of these dishes makes every second of waiting absolutely justified. And the prices? Incredibly local, with no tourist mark-ups. In fact, I believe the owner is seriously underpricing their incredible food.
If you're in Thailand, this is a must-visit. It’s worth the wait, worth trying everything on the menu, and absolutely worth coming back for more....
Read moreWe only ate here once, and we really enjoyed the taste of the food. The portions were a bit small, but the prices were reasonable, especially for a touristy area. We also liked their banana shake—it was less watery and creamier compared to other places we tried.
Unfortunately, the service left a bad impression. The lady who served us threw us off completely. Despite the food being good, her attitude made it hard to enjoy the meal, and we didn’t feel comfortable enough to return. She slammed the menu on our table and didn’t make any eye contact, smile, or even say thank you. The whole interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. Strangely, we noticed her being much friendlier with other tables, which made the experience feel even more...
