Bluesdoo Bar​ and Restaurant​ — Restaurant in Ko Lanta Yai

I don't know why this place has only 11 reviews so far, because seriously the food was delicious and the whole ambience (mixed vintage furniture and jazz/blues music, lights and trendy details) there is just really nice and relaxed. We had a pad thai, which we were told is cooked after a recipe of the owner's grandma, and it was really tasty, as were the cocktails. On top, everything was really good value for money, cheaper than in other restaurants we'd been to. The staff was super friendly and caring, so there's really nothing that should stop you from checking...

The best burger in Klong Nin?

I’d certainly so say. I’ve tried both Hungry Shack and Fatty Chubby’s and Bluesdoo Bar was by far the best burger - and about half the price of the others! The sauce was delicious and it came with chips for 190bht! If you’re hungry, I’d buy 2 and it’ll be about the same price as 1 burger at one of the other places.

The pad Thai was stunning too - fresh and tasty.

Happy hour is 3pm - 6pm, which includes cocktails for 120bht. Music is chill, the service is friendly and it’s in the perfect spot to swim on the beach.

Cool place, good drinks, and great food. Get there early because they sell out of menu items fast.

Our story: My wife and I had a plan to walk 1.2 km to a different restaurant from our resort. As we were walking on the beach, we saw this place and stopped for one drink. After fried veggies, pad thai, fried rice, two more drinks, and lounging on their comfy chairs on the beach we ended up spending our entire night here. We will come back every night we are in town to check what's new...
