Worst experience in Koh Lanta and maybe even Thailand (second winter here). Came with wife and a kid. Ordered simple dishes for appetisers chicken nuggets and spring rolls. For main Thai curry witch chicken and same with shrimps. 40 minutes after ordering food, we asked, maybe we could get appetisers any time soon, the waitress looked surprised and without saying anything went to the kitchen. We waited another 10 minutes for appetisers and another 30 minutes for food without any excuse. Even though they weren’t a lot of people 2-3 tables all we got after asking the main dish was rude reply - “many orders!”. They have ceiling fans for when necessary.
