7-Eleven — Local services in Ko Lanta Yai

Staff here are genuinely so rude. Ordered a thai ice tea & they laughed in our faces when we couldn’t understand if they were asking if we wanted sweetened tea.

All the staff there give off mean girl vibes, they’re genuinely so rude & off putting we walk 20 minutes out to the other one to avoid them.

Shame more people don’t speak on this because a lot of other people would probably say the same thing based off the faces pulled, appalled by staffs...

Yesterday I was here and brought my own bag (to reduce plastic offcourse). When I gave the bag to the staff at the counter (instead of getting a new plastic bag) to put in my groceries they LAUGHED at me in my face for it. I felt very disrespected (for my good intentions). In what world is it okay to laugh at your customers?!?! So so rude and I will never come back to...
