The restaurant beside 7 eleven — Restaurant in Ko Lanta Yai

Wow! I think that's the best word to start this review... The restaurant is owned by two sisters both really nice ladies. We were staying in the old town of Koh Lanta for 7 days and unfortunately we ate there for only 5 days. Because they are closed on Saturday. 😊

Food: amazing, literally try anything... We ate so many things from papaya salad, fried papaya salad, fried rice, black paper pork (amazing and really tender)... We tried basically around 10-15 dishes and everything was outstanding. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to try the whole menu.

This street food Thai restaurant is with the taste even better than some Michelin star restaurants in Bangkok.

After I had lunch at a random roadside thai restaurant when i first arrived at Ko Lanta that served up poor quality food at twice the normal price I was determined to look for a better restaurant. To my pleasant surprise I found this restaurant that had a perfect score and I told myself I must try it. First I ordered for a take out lunch and they were on point and reasonably priced. Then I returned for dinner and had a great meal again. All in all I say this is a restaurant you shouldnt miss when...

I am so glad I found this place. You have to try the fried papaya salad, it really is out of this world. Everything Ive had at this restaurant has been cooked with heart and soul.

So far I’ve had multiple fried papaya salads, green curry & morning glory with shrimp and have left feeling extremely satisfied after every visit. It’s my last day on this side of the island and guess where I’ll be going?!
