Coffee Collective: Where Coffee is an Art and Details Make All the Difference

I visited the "Coffee Collective" for a late breakfast, thanks to Konstantin's recommendation, and I was thoroughly impressed.

It's a very pleasant establishment. You can see that the owner has paid maximum attention to every aspect, right down to the smallest details—from the interior design to the menu. Speaking of the interior, even the restroom is up to European standards, which is a rare find in Southeast Asia.

They truly know their stuff when it comes to coffee; they are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. If you're like me and don't understand the intricacies of this drink, they will gently guide you, explain everything, and help you choose a roast to your liking. I got to try a coffee special. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name, but the taste will stay with me for a long time.

Furthermore, The Collective has a fairly extensive menu with very tempting photos. I tried the bruschetta with roast beef. Just look at the presentation. Phew.

It's also worth highlighting separately that at CC, the team prepares almost all the ingredients themselves: they bake their own bread, cure their own meats. Strictly speaking, the only thing in my bruschetta they didn't lay a hand on was the cream cheese.

"Coffee Collective" is not just a café, but a place with a strong philosophy. It's worth coming here for the impeccable coffee, delicious handcrafted food, and the particular attention to detail that creates a truly European level of comfort. I will definitely be back...

The best coffee shop in the heart of Koh Samui, Thailand. You won’t find better coffee on the island. Most other coffee shops serve dark roasts, where all you taste is a bitter aftertaste. We had been searching for real specialty coffee for a long time, and finally, we found it! The coffee is roasted in the Scandinavian style—light, flavorful, and rich—exactly what you expect from specialty coffee.

We were also amazed by the breakfast menu: everything is incredibly tasty! The pastries are delicious, and we loved the all-day breakfast concept. The salmon dish is especially tasty. This place offers a huge variety of dishes—truly delicious and filling. This is truly the best scrambled toast on the island. Pastries and desserts are also available. We highly recommend visiting this place...

We stayed on the island for two weeks, and this place was truly a lifesaver. The local food can’t really be called healthy, and we were already tired of it back in Phuket. At «Collective» we ate every day. In the photo: scrambled eggs with chicken, hummus, pesto sauce, tomato sauce, and avocado toast – a huge portion with two toasts for only 199 THB!
