There are shrimps. Most of them are dead. It focuses on frozen seafood. Those who like frozen food will definitely like it. If you expect the review, stop. There are only soft drinks and empty cabinets. The air oil cabinet is open for display. It is not clean at all. The water for boiling seafood is not changed. The system is recirculated. The system collects germs from food. Dust is shaking. Every plate is dirty. I repeat, every plate. The quality of the food is much lower than the price. Considering the great reviews, we decided to give it a go. The price is rather expensive compared to others, so expectations were high.

It was extremely busy on the day we came and they were visibly understaffed and the staff did not know what to do.

We arrived and after 10 minutes waiting, we received our grill. Then we were waiting for the hotpot to start eating. We asked without a joke to 10 different staff to bring it as soon as possible as we were waiting really long. The staff said that there were not enough hot pots for the amount of tables.

It was very disappointing to see that tables who arrived after us got their hot pot sooner than us.

We waited for 45 minutes before we got our hot pot! We waited for nearly 1 hour in frustration to simply start eating, which is unforgivable. To the last staff we said that if you don't bring it now, we walk out now and that seemed to have helped.
