Went back on Sunday 27 July 25 all day breakfast has shrunk in size ( apparently different management)The food & service was great and they Live-stream all sports, went there to watch AFL grand final and had a very enjoyable time. We regularly have the light breakfast which is tasty and was good value, it has recently gone up in price to 150 Baht from 130 (June 2024). We have been to AoNang many times and stay for long periods, we don’t usually frequent western bars or restaurants as usually disappointed in the food and prices. However, we were pleasantly surprised with this place! Yes, it’s more expensive than eating Thai food in a local restaurants, but we were there to eat British food just for a change; I had bangers/mash/peas/onion gravy and my husband had the huge big breakfast. The food did not disappoint, it was very tasty and good quality! The ladies/staff paid attention to our requests and delivered exactly what we asked for e.g: soft runny eggs, crispy bacon and sourdough toast cooked brown), and my sausages well cooked, yummy!!!🤤 We are here for a few more months and are looking forward to coming back and trying more food, especially the Sunday roast.

We called in today for Sunday Roast Lunch and chose 3 meats....chicken, beef, honey roast ham. The good points:- The first 2 waitresses (in dark T-shirts)were lovely, sweet and welcoming. Good range of soft drinks and alcohol were available. Large sports TVs. Service was quick. Chicken tasted good. The not so good points:- The beef was overcooked & tough. The honey roast ham looked & tasted like rashers of thick bacon. Somebody forgot to put flour in the Yorkshire puddings. The roast potatoes were not cooked through. White sauce (?) poured on the vegetables tasted weird. Very small jug of gravy. Not sure what the circular patties were. The third waitress (in white t-shirt) clearly did not want to be there. Sadly she was clearly very tired, she hardly spoke to her more affable colleagues, she barely spoke to customers and just looked thoroughly miserable. This could be a great place for Sunday Roast but unfortunately many things are lacking. Fellow customers told us that they'd walked miles to get a Sunday Roast here....only to return their roasts to the kitchen as they were so poor. Such a shame!!

Probably the worst food I had in years. I had spareribs and my wife had the embassy burger with blue cheese. The amount of ribs I got was huge, but quality was straight trash (please see pictures attached). The cut was super strange and there were tendons along the whole rack and a lot of cartilages! Meat was also super dry and tasted extremely strong like pork (not in a good way). The burger was super dry with little toppings on it. The patty was probably a frozen one (texture and dryness). The coleslaw which came as a side was also pretty underwhelming, it basically was cabbage with mayonnaise… fries were okish. Not to forget: for Thai prices it was pretty expensive. 1.500 TBH for 2 meals and 2 drinks. Best thing here was the Guinness ;)
