Baanlanta — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Came here for lunch after visiting Mu Ko Lanta National Park. The cross breeze on the deck is what sold us, taking the temperature down a couple notches, plus the view is outstanding. We had a taxi driver waiting for us so felt obligated to keep it a short meal. Ordered the phad thai (patthai on the menu) and the fried rice, both with chicken. The waitress was really nice. Thought it'd be quickly prepared but I was wrong. 45 minutes later the dishes arrived. Both were tasty but in need of more chili spice, solved by the addition of the spice rack they brought out for us. All in all, a pleasant experience as long as you aren't in a hurry. Bonus point for the Singha beer...
