Kansa — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Food is great. They have a fish bbq which is super nice. Service is kind and smiling. We have eaten here 3 times and it’s great.

They don’t serve alcohol though.

Very tasty dishes and a nice location and nice view. Furniture looks cozy.

They close at 10pm even though you order food at 9.55pm then they shut off the music and the lights so you can eat almost in darkness. Not optimal though cozy. You kinda feel like they are trying to throw you out. We tried this twice haha.

In Thailand it’s often they serve you dessert and main course and starters at the same time. But not here - they are good at making sure it’s one after another. Which is nice :-)

I would recommend anything except the pizzas.

With a stunning view, this restaurant is well located. My son probably had his best meal of Thailand with a spaghetti bolognese while I tried the fried rice with beef and my wife the papaya salad. The food was excellent.

We tried pizzas here the evening before and it wasn't good. It was more of an industrial bread with probably some form of surrogate cheese on top.

We gave the place another try and as said, the rest of the menu was great. Well seasoned, reasonably priced,...

Super expencive for what you get. 2 Sandwiches with French Fries and one additional Fries for over 400 Baht and guess who went to Seven Eleven to get some more food afterwards... Beef Sandwich tasted like Nottingham and was dry. No sauce on it. On the table the Standard thai sauce to put on, but all together pretty boring... Even with fries not woth 150 Baht. At our Hotel we get this all for 100 Baht and wont have to get some more food.

Sorry Guys, but not even the view makes you wanna eat there...
