I Ordered two Malibu & pineapple juice which on the menu clearly was prized as 100Bath each. Then I was done I went to the bar to pay my 200Bath. I had to tell the owner what I ordered because he didn’t have a clue. He did the math (100+100) and ended up giving me a bill saying 160+160! “Are you sure” I said, “yes” he said. I brought him the menu, pointing exactly on what I ordered and said “one Malibu mixer is 100 Bath”. “Yes yes, but this one is really this one” he said, dragging his finger over to the opposite side of the huge menu pointing at another (similar) drink, which was 160Bath. I asked him if he thought it was fair making me a drink I didn’t order and overcharging me for it in which he uncomfortably replied “yes yes, but you see I use a different juice, so I don’t make money if I sell it for 100Bath”. We had a discussion and I didn’t wanna fight so I thought ok shame on you old man pulling dirty tricks on me like that, I’ll give you a bad review on google. I paid...

To be avoided!!! The worst experience in Thailand. Yet the restaurant seemed to be pretty well rated. It took 25min to get a hamburger with bacon (even though I told the waiter I didn't eat pork). Then the hamburger goes back to the kitchen and another 25min waiting time. When they serve me the meat is so cooked that I can't even cut it with a knife. Very disappointed, I tell the bar manager who tells me that I should try to eat again and open my mind (these are his words). I explain to him that even the knife can't cut the meat. He starts to shout and tells me that he is tired of serving me. I answer that I am leaving and that I will only pay for what I have consumed. At the same time I tell him that I will leave him a comment on Google. That's when he told me "I'm going to kill you and you will never leave this island". The experience ends here. Have visited 3 times in last week as it's off season and 85% of restaurants are closed. First time was for breakfast which was terrible. Next was for dinner...Tom Ka Gai which was so salty I made the waiter taste it as I was sure they'd dropped the salt shaker in it!! Last was for Pizza which arrived with an extremely undercooked crust. I asked them to just cook it another 10 minutes but 15 minutes later they came and said they were going to make me a new one. Half hour later it arrived with only a partially cooked crust. I gave up and fed it to the cat who only ate the cheese and mushrooms off it. Staff was kind but I think the kitchen help has gone elsewhere for the off season. Sad as it's a great place to chill and...
