ไม่แน่ใจว่า พนง.ลืมใส่ซอสที่ตัวไก่ให้หรือเปล่า หรือขี้เหนียวซอส หรือทำลวกๆให้รีบผ่านๆไปไม่ใส่ใจไม่รักการบริการ เพราะเหมือนมีแค่วิญญาณซอสติดมาเท่านั้น บอนชอนอร่อยคือซอสนะคะ ถ้าเป็นแบบนี้ลูกค้าซื้อไก่สดมาชุปแป้งทอดเองก็ได้ค่ะไม่ต้องเสียเงินแพงๆ และอีกอย่างทางบริษัทมีให้แสกนคิวอาโคทเพื่อแชร์ความคิดเห็น รหัสสาขาตามบิลก็ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้รหัสไม่ถูกต้อง .. จึงโทรไปยังสาขาที่ซื้อเพื่อขอรหัสสาขา ทางพนักงานก็แจ้งมาอีกรหัสนึงและเป็นรหัสที่ใช้งานไม่ได้ จึงไม่รู้ว่าต้องเสนอแนะปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้ทางใด .. ยังไงอยากให้ปรับปรุงคุณภาพให้มาตรฐานด้วยนะคะ ทานมาหลายสาขาหลายจังหวัดยังไม่เคยรู้สึกแย่และไม่อร่อยเท่าสาขานี้เลยค่ะ !!

ร้าน Bonchon สาขาโรบินสันลาดกระบัง: ปกติกินบอนชอนหลายสาขา แต่สาขานี้ถือว่า รออาหารนานที่สุดเท่าที่เคยกินมา ทั้งที่ลูกค้าในร้านไม่ได้เยอะมาก อาหารยังอร่อยเหมือนเดิม ไก่กรอบ ซอสรสชาติเข้มข้น แต่ประสบการณ์โดยรวมเสียเพราะความล่าช้า ถ้ารีบไม่แนะนำ แต่ถ้าใจเย็นอยากกินไก่อร่อยก็พอรับได้ครับ
