Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Not only the prices are really high compared to the area, and people who ordered after us receive their dishes first, but our order was mixed up twice, and we were even served dishes that weren’t ours.
I ordered a cappuccino and was served what could barely be called a flat white-with burnt milk that made it undrinkable. When I politely asked to return it, the barista (apparently the owner) began arguing instead of listening, insisting he was right without even understanding my concern. I was shocked and returned the coffee.
No one offered any solution during the entire meal. Only later, after the situation had clearly escalated, the female owner approached and offered to make me another coffee “the way I like it.” By that point, the meal was long over, and the experience had already turned sour, so I asked for a refund.
To my surprise, she refunded only part of the amount, claiming she had offered to replace the coffee and I had declined- despite that offer coming far too late. After a tense exchange, the barista finally returned the full amount, slamming equipment and shouting “Don’t come back here again.” As if I ever would.
A truly disappointing and unprofessional experience, showing a complete lack of understanding of what customer service means. Embarrassing for a business built on...
Read moreOk so I guess I would not have found this place if it wasn’t for a friend saying for us to meet here, I have driven this Road loads as we love to eat at Two Sisters but this place is hidden off the main Road just up from the Boom Bowls place. Firstly, it’s a little modern haven of aircon and stylish furniture setting. Comfortable and clean . It’s welcoming - the staff are welcoming . The food is western and they defo major on deserts! I saw what the people next to me had and it was full on exciting sugar rush stuff. Anyway, my experience was good the only point I would make is that it is holiday maker prices . 260 baht for an avocado bacon cheese wrap is up there for Pai pricing. Bagels are 230 baht but if you wanna go Western style food you gotta pay I suppose. Coffee is 85 baht though and everywhere else is 50/60 so it is too end pricing all the way. By the way my wrap was suppose to include the avocado but was left out - some misunderstanding over mayonnaise I think. Ended up paying quite a lot for that wrap ..: wrap & bottle water...
Read moreDisappointing Experience with Order Management
The staff mishandled our order, charging us for two dishes but delivering only one. When we inquired about the missing dish, they insisted that we had only ordered one. However, after some discussion, they presented a new just printed check with only one dish.
This incident reflects poorly on the restaurant's order management and customer service. As a suggestion, it would be beneficial for the future if the staff routinely provided checks to customers and confirmed orders to avoid such confusion and inconvenience. This would enhance customer trust and ensure a smoother...
