Pai Indian Restaurant is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the cozy ambiance, with its wooden furniture and vibrant decor, sets the stage for an amazing dining experience. The food truly shines here, and I can’t recommend it enough.

The naan bread deserves special praise. In fact, when biting into it, I couldn’t help but recall that classic Peep Show scene where Jeremy orders four naans, and Mark exclaims, "Four naans? That’s insane!" While I didn’t order quite that many, the quality of the naan here might just make that amount seem reasonable. The garlic naan was beautifully golden, slightly crisp on the edges, and generously brushed with garlic and butter—a perfect accompaniment to the main dishes.

The chicken tikka showcased in the photos was tender and succulent, marinated to perfection in a well-balanced blend of spices, and grilled just right to bring out smoky, charred notes. Served on a bed of lettuce with a garnish of vibrant orchids, the presentation was as delightful as the taste. It paired wonderfully with the naan, creating a rich, flavorful bite every time.

And then there was the mango lassi—a refreshing, silky smooth delight. Served in a charming glass pitcher with a straw, its sweetness was just right, balancing the tangy mango and creamy yogurt. It was an ideal way to cool down and cleanse the palate between bites.

The attention to detail in both flavor and presentation made this meal unforgettable. Pai Indian Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the area, whether you’re a seasoned fan of Indian cuisine or just exploring it for the first time. Their dedication to authentic flavors and satisfying portions guarantees you’ll leave with a full belly and a happy heart. Would I return? Absolutely—but maybe next time, I’ll go all-in and...

After going sightseeing to the Pai canyon, I was in search of a good quality restaurant. Luckily I happened to locate this restaurant via google. Upon arriving I was greeted by very amicable waiting staff, who directed me to a table. I ordered a chicken curry, rice and a few naan’s, the curry was absolutely spectacular, particularly when ate with the naan. I can honestly say that this was one of the tastiest curries I have ever had! This was to the extent that I came back the next evening, and ordered a prawn curry, which was even better! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking to acquire a taste of India in...

there is no way that any self respecting Indian is pushing out that a curry.... is the chef Indian, if so what region/area?

I ordered a madras, she asked "do you want it spicy" 🤣 knew I should've walked out then.... a madras is spicy, it's one of a very sweet tomato sauce.... great if you're not after an Indian curry but it is in now way shape or form, Indian food!

was honestly the worst curry I've ever put in my mouth, I've had better cook from the jar curries..... I'm from Birmingham, the home of the greatest Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi.... if you think this is curry, you're...

Restaurant located near to Pai Walking Street. This restaurant serves awesome food with a very affordable price. I got surprised with food price compared to price in Bangkok & Pattaya. A big portion of chicken vindalo for just 180 baht 👍👍. O'e of the best Indian food ever had in Thailand Recommended to try Indian food from this restaurant when you are at Pai👍.

Loved it here. Staff were very accommodating. I asked for non-spicy and no bones and they were perfectly okay with this. Good portion sizes, I struggled to finish it all! I had the chicken biryani and butter naan. It was really lovely, and it came with a small salad on the side and the yoghurt dip. Would recommend if you are craving an Indian.
