PaiJaidee Resturant — Restaurant in Mae Hong Son Province

Terrible service. We ordered papaya salad, ask with no sea food, the waiter said it’s ok but we got a dish full with dried shrimps...he took it beck we no apologize and not caring if we want another dish. After it, my friend order a dish of tofu with egg, we got pad Thai which she didn’t want but waiters ask her again and again to take it, she said ok but then the dried shrimps appear there too, we ask to cancel this dish as well and in this point no one got near the table to ask if we want to order something else. I ordered Koh Soi which was ok. We continued this dinner...

Awful experience. One of the dishes we ordered was a duck curry. They brought a duck curry stirfry to a table behind us. It was there for a while and the woman at the table then asked what it was. It wasn't what she ordered so she sent it back. A minute later, they brought the same dish over to us. It wasn't what we ordered either plus it had been sitting on someone else's table!

We were told they woukd make us a fresh duck curry. Less than a minute later, the same dish was brought to us, but with more liquid put into...

Another interesting restaurant, this time offering a selection of German fare alongside the standard Thai menu. A small number of German beers were on tap too, not a common sight in Thailand. The prices were notably higher than most other restaurants, but considering the location and quality of the food, this was expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the slightly German atmosphere was an interesting break from the standard Thai restaurants...
