I went for Valentine’s Day with my partner. We were told you must buy two items to enter. We paid for the food and drink up front, which I don’t like that set up for this reason. Our food was given to us cold. We initially each took a single bite each out of the shrimp we ordered and told the staff it was stone cold, and to replace with fresh food. We directly translated so they knew what we were asking decided to ignore us anyway and reheated the same food at least twice. This is very dangerous for food poisoning. Even after I made it clear our food was now no longer edible they didn’t care. They gave us back the bitten shrimp we had told them was too cold, which served again still cold. Then I could see they left my rice and scraped my chicken off to reheat that by the way the sauce scrap marks would indicate on the plate. And again it was cold. I consciously waited to eat my food first and then take pictures. We said we would like a refund and they wouldn’t issue one. Eventually ignoring us and would not listen. Laughing at us telling them the food is cold and dangerous. Eventually we only managed to refund 1 out of the 3 dishes. They said that you must order food like you buy a ticket to a theme park. But I think I would’ve been happier to pay an entry fee than to be sorely disappointed with food that we paid for that was potentially dangerous. The view was amazing, but it was ruined by our cold food and terrible service. IF you go here just stick to things that are SUPPOSED to be cold like a cake to avoid danger. There were so many plates of barely touched food and I assume it’s for the same reason, as staff said there has been other people saying it too. The Thai tea was actually quite nice, but terrible health and safety and service!

The atmosphere is absolutely breathtaking. My friends and I went here specifically for that, with hopes that the reviews about bad service were wrong, however they unfortunately were correct. Thankfully we got a Grab to drop us off because there was no parking and it's on a very busy road. When you walk in we had to get the attention of an employee to be seated and order food. When we were given menus we were told to sit and wait for a server to come over. We waited for the server to come and take our order and had to seek one out after waiting a while. After seeking out the server to take our order he seemed confused, as if he wasn't aware we sat down or forgot about us. Once we ordered we were given a table marker for the servers to identify where we sat for our order and then allowed to move down to the picturesque seating area. There was a lot of seating, but it was either occupied or there were various dirty tables that needed to be bussed. Once a table opened up there were people rushing over to them. For 4 of us, there were 2 tables left for us to eat at. A few of us went and took a bunch of pictures at the various spots that they had set up for photos, which took a decent amount of time, and by the time we were done with that we still hadn't even gotten our drinks. We had to flag down another staff member to ask about our food. We ordered small dishes for appetizers and one drink each. Once we did get our food it wasn't even brought out all together so we weren't able to eat together, and we had finished our drinks already. You have to order something in order to get access to the beautiful photo-ops and scenery. Overall, very unorganized.

Café Phuket View Point is a true gem in the heart of Phuket, offering a breathtaking experience that lives up to its name. Nestled atop a hill with panoramic views of the Andaman Sea, this café provides an unparalleled backdrop for a perfect day out. The serene atmosphere, combined with the natural beauty of the surroundings, makes it an ideal spot for both relaxation and photography enthusiasts alike. The café's design seamlessly blends with the environment, featuring open spaces that allow guests to soak in the views from every angle. Whether you’re seated indoors or on the terrace, the stunning vistas are always in sight. The ambiance is enhanced by a laid-back, cozy vibe that invites you to linger a little longer. The menu at Café Phuket View Point is equally impressive, offering a mix of both Thai and Western dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The coffee is top-notch, and their selection of desserts is a delightful treat, perfect for enjoying with the spectacular views. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish. What truly sets this café apart is the experience of watching the sunset from its vantage point. As the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of tranquility. In summary, Café Phuket View Point is more than just a place to grab a bite—it's an experience. Whether you're a local or a tourist, this spot should be on your must-visit list in Phuket. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food, excellent service, and one of the best views on the island.

Location is close to Zenmaya Oceanfront Beach Resort. Literally one minute driving or 15 min walking. I was excited to visit since this was on my “places to see” in Phuket list. My rating is based on the photography services mainly. I was greeted at the door, given a menu to place my order right away, which is one drink and one food item (503 baht for fried prawns and mock tail). I then requested to pay for photography services and was pointed towards a guy who was supposed to take my photos. I went during the afternoon around 4 pm so the photo lines wasn’t long. Only issue is, the guests will stand at one spot for over an hour taking personal photos. No regard to others waiting at all. Most sets had only 1-2 people taking photos and one group literally stayed for an hour taking photos. And, some will definitely spend way too much time at one spot even if others are waiting. A rule should be incorporated into the policy for a maximum amount of time spent on each area, or else people miss out on taking photos at the different spots. Also, I asked the “guy who was referred to me as the photographer” would he take my pics. He said that he was only taking photos at the swing only. Just my luck, no one else was available to take photos at any of the other spots. So, I had to be resourceful and take them myself. Which, they did not capture the true beauty of the background. I was willing to pay the fees, photography was advertised upon entry, and lots of people standing around and no one wanted to take my pics for me. I asked three people using Google translate and they all sent me to the one guy, who basically said “if they’re not taken at the swing I can’t take them sorry”. So, I spent two hours there trying to capture great pics and mine are not good bc I can’t take them as well alone. The food was okay. It was super hot, no wind circulating, bugs and ants were all over the ground and some crawling on the table since its outdoors on a hill. There’s more comfortable seating at the tables if you find an open spot. Otherwise, you have to opt for a bean bag on the ground. Not for those of us who like to stay clean or have too much junk in the trunk to squat and eat lol. Some of the areas to take photos were a bit unstable. Some of the boards need to be replaced for safety. Other than that, a cute place to visit if you’re near the area. Definitely hyped up on...

When we entered, a woman working told us that each person had to order a drink and a meal each for us to enter, AND there were no card payments there, only cash. We thought that was weird but ignored it as we were too eager to enter. Overall, the place is beautiful, with many different views and types of architecture. Although, Me and my family faced a issue with the seatings, we found an empty place to sit, we were 6 people total, including me, and there were 4 short cushions, it was uncomfortable for us to sit on alone considering we were all tall people, we asked the staff around, a man and a women, to assist us with more cushions, as the cushions weren't enough in number, they brought 4 more, ask we asked, since three cushions were short, we needed two stacked for each person to sit comfortably, we needed 4 more, we asked nicely again if it were possible they brought more, and we explained the problem, the man had no manner, and was not being cooperative at all, he refused saying that other people needed it, when there was no one there, and he kept repeating and making up excuses that made no sense, my sister, who is the tallest, was uncomfortable and upset that she had no where to sit comfortably. We asked a woman, who responded rudely and had no manners or understanding towards us, we felt offended and disappointed with the staffs way of handling. We even talked to the boss, but he was no help, and kept repeating what the man and woman kept saying, and said he was only trying to help, even though it was total rubbish. In general, their service was extremely poor, and they didn't even bother to acknowledge the problem, and kept making excuses. Another point was that their food was okay, not like how people said it would be. Plus, if you have lactose intolerant you have only coconut milk options to add it with coffee, there were not many options and ranges available if you have Lactose intolerance, or any allergies to coconut. Altogether, the place was beautiful, BUT the food was normal, and staffs service was very poor, and we left feeling disappointed and...

This place has the WORST customer service I've ever had, in any restaurant, in any country I've ever been too! They are cash only (ok) but they make you pay for the food before you even sit at your table. My bill was over 1300 which included fish (the most expensive item on the menu), and dessert. I waited over 2 hrs. Got a drink mistakenly thrown on me by staff so i was cold, wet, sticky, and unable to take pictures. I was starving and after 2hrs I still didn't recieve my main course of fish nor dessert. My party of 6 finished and I never got my items so i no longer wanted them, just my refund. I was told they don't do refunds 😡. To take someone's money, in cash, before they even sit at the table, and never give them the product paid for after 2 hrs but deny money back SHOULD BE VERY ILLEGAL. Crooks! There was no manager to speak too! Only after unecessarily arguing this for atleast 30 mins and threatening giving a 1 star review did I reluctantly get my money back. They tried to give me only the fish at the desk. If you couldn't make it in over 2 hrs, how were you suddenly able to make it in 2 mins after requesting refund when everyone is done eating? It also smelled bad, I don't want it, seems like they just pulled it out of the garbage for me, i just want to be refunded. Right is right, wrong is wrong! Also the food that my party did recieve - all of it was not good, the cocktails are weak and the restaurant makes you walk up a hill to get your own drinks🤦🏽‍♀️. The tables are small and are more cocktail size (which is funny because their cocktails aren't good). All I can say is that the views are stunning and picturesque. The service, food, and drinks are horrible. I wouldn't refer my enemy to this place, certainly not my fellow Americans. Definitely not tourist friendly. Left a very bad taste in my...
