Boutique Hotel Brave Lion — Restaurant in Pattaya City

The Brave Lion Hotel? Is it a Hotel or not I’m not sure. It’s more of a Guest House than Hotel. It’s a Hotel during the hours of 8am to about 11pm. But once the shutters are down, there is no reception, just a rear door to the rooms. No body around except residents coming & going. It’s a strange setup to say the least. The reception is at the far end of the Bar.||They class the place as a sports Bar/Hotel. Which I suppose it is,but not a Boutique.||So to the rooms, which was a nice size & clean. A 42” TV & DVD player.||A kettle + cups, knives & forks + plates. Fridge and a good AC unit.||The bathroom is a wet room, so everything gets wet when having a shower. ||The staff where very helpful & the food is good with average pricing.||There are plenty of other restaurants nearby if you fancy a change.||The location is on Soi 5, Pratumnak, on the right hand side going down the hill.||It’s about 100 meters to the beach.||So there you have it. Would I use it again? Yes.||Didn't see any bug /insects during our stay which is a plus.||Give it a try & see...

I came here to eat a pizza, they had an Italian pizza sign outside and I was looking for pizza.||I had my doubts about the place but went in after they came to me when I was looking in the menu.||The pizza looked great and I even took a picture of it to share on social..||I took a bite and it was horrible, the crust was super hard and thin, you couldn't even call it dough.||My hands where dirty from all the oil and when I went to wash my hands I see that a piece of my front tooth broke down from it!||I went to complain and they just let me pay for it..||Back in the hotel asked for the dentist address, then I went back to say that it's really bad and they should think about changing the dough.. Just a sorry and nothing more.||I never write reviews but because I even had to pay, not much 220baht..6/7euro..||But the dentist cost is going to make this an expensive one.||Hopefully they reconsider and change the type and quality...

Not a bad place for what you pay. It's in a great place close to the beach.||||There was a cockroach inside the restaurant below, but after I advised the chef, he quickly removed it, we didn't eat there, just had some drinks.||||The room had what Australians call a "portable camping shower" - if you have some power source, cold water, you have a shower!||||Would stay here again, only for the cost and location.||||There is heaps of Russians in there area, but it's Pattaya, no-one really annoys you.||||If you can, catch the boat out to Ko Lan, and then once on the island, catch a motorcycle or rent one and go to the beach called "Tien Beach" it's amazing, you will avoid most tourists, but people will still ask you to buy...
