I have mixed feelings about this place. On the positive side, the food was delicious, each meal step was a great experience, and the restaurant itself is a hidden gem, beautifully surrounded by plants. However, there are several organizational aspects that could be improved. We had to wait quite a while for someone to take our order, and about 30 minutes to receive the bill, as all decisions seemed to require approval from “the madam.”
The staff could benefit from better training in hospitality, which starts with making customers feel welcome and providing timely support when needed. While the rillette dish was very generous, it was surprising and disappointing that “madam” did not allow customers to take leftovers home. This raises questions about the reasoning behind such a policy—what happens to the leftover food? Is it discarded or reused for other customers?
Additionally, the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. Despite multiple complaints noted on Google reviews, the issue remains unresolved, with fans placed directly in front of customers instead—an uncomfortable workaround.
And no baby chair!
As a recommendation, the restaurant is doing well overall, but it’s important to remember that the customer is the priority. Improving service, addressing organizational inefficiencies, and resolving long-standing issues like the AC would elevate the dining experience...

Normally I don’t write reviews, but this was such an exceptionally bad experience that I feel I need to warn others.
The restaurant is already on the expensive side, and while the food was just “ok,” what happened to my friend’s meal was unacceptable. He was served a rotten steak. The smell was so strong that we immediately compared it with the other steaks on the table and those were fine, but his was clearly spoiled.
We called the server, who I believe is also the boss. She smelled the steak and told us it was “ok.” We then asked her to compare it to the other steaks, which made it obvious something was wrong. She took it to the kitchen, only to bring it back claiming it was still good. Honestly, I have never smelled anything like that before.
We told her to take it back and made it clear it should not appear on the bill. Throughout all of this, we never received an apology, nor any acknowledgment of how unacceptable this was.
The entire experience was disgusting and disrespectful to paying customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant. There are far better places in Pattaya where you’ll be treated properly and...
Read moreThere's nothing quite like the sweet smell of success. I've been/eating at this restaurant several times before--and it was delightful! Consequently, I made sure to return. It was rainy season, and we took a chance. Since I didn't have reservations, I (we) was prepared for a drink at the bar, perhaps a snack, and return another time--with more guests and---reservations. Originally, a business/investor had recommended the place with accolades.👍 Sadly, on this occasion, I wasn't permitted to order a drink at the empty bar for I had no reservations! And, as mentioned, there was no one at the bar! At minimum, management/the owner could have said, "Thanks for coming, can you come again?" However, no. We were just told to get out with dreadful social skills. Good grief! It's not easy to drive to this place--and parking is😮--and I've always made a point to talk highly to others of this restaurant. So... Where's the civility here? Where's the business acumen? Sometimes it's hard to manage success--and it may not bring the...
