I want to give 0 star if possible. The quality of the food is a joke. Tomyumkung was a salt water and didn't put any spices what tomyum should have. Felt like they used tomyum cup noodle powder with extra water and extra salt.
Also ordered Crab curry. Tasted like 5-year-old kid tried making first scrambled egg with crab instant sauce. And stir-fried chicken cheshew nut sauce was actually a salt water. The staff was also surprised when tasted. It was literally chaos.
Also ordered fried rice. Even the rice wasn't properly cooked. (I never tried this dish but my Thai friend who were eating together said that.)
At first, we complained and asked to cook all three dishes again since the total meal was over 2000 baht for two (around 80 dollars) and the quality was never close. But what they did was rinse the food with water, drained sauce, add pepper powder and brought back with the same dishes.
So I asked server to taste the food and asked if we can cancel order. And they were actually surprised saying it's really salty and added, they don't have authority to cancel the order that they have to call the owner.
Few minutes later, One Chinese-Thai looking lady came(Based on her accent. My friend said.). Her attitude was terrible. I tried to explain, ask to taste the food and ask if we can cancel order. At first she ignored my words and just lift up the dish and taste food and said "No salt. OK?" and tried to walk away.
SO I said, "I don't want to eat anymore and I have already spent too much time on this restaurant that I'd like to pay what we ate only and go." Then she didn't even looked at us but said something to her staffs when she walked away.
She thought I couldn't understand Thai.
She is right. I CAN'T.
But my friend who was just listening while I was talking with the owner was Thai. And my friend said the owner insulted us in Thai language like "give that (bad word) back money and charge whatever they touched."
So we paid 800 baht for plain-fried rice(no meat, no extra ingredient. Just literal rice) that we ate one spoon/ spring roll (wasn't that bad but never delicious)/ and one smoothie and one drink.
I seriously recommend you to eat somewhere else. I want to say don't go here but the staffs were really kind and the view is really beautiful.
So.. what I would do is to eat somewhere else and maybe go there for a glass of beer.
Anyway. Goodnight. Thanks to King seafood for the terrible dinner at my last day of...
Read moreIf you're ever in Pattaya and looking for a place that will awaken every taste bud in your body, King Seafood is the spot. I came here with my brother during our short escape from Bangkok, and let me just say this: we didn’t want the night to end.
Let me start with the view: right by the ocean, with the iconic “PATTAYA” sign glowing in the background, lights reflecting over the water. You’re not just eating dinner—you’re having an experience. The sea breeze, the calm vibes, the sound of the waves—it’s pure zen mixed with deliciousness.
The food? On another level. We ordered a feast and every dish SLAPPED.
Golden Fried Shrimp (กุ้งชุบแป้งทอด): Crunchy perfection. Golden, crispy outside, juicy shrimp inside. Served with fresh salad, lemon wedges, and creamy tartar sauce. I had to pause mid-bite just to appreciate the texture.
Pad Thai with Shrimp (ผัดไทยกุ้งสด): It hit that perfect balance—sweet, savory, and just the right amount of spice. Huge shrimp, perfectly cooked noodles, and those crunchy peanuts.
Pad Kra Pao (ผัดกะเพรา): Bro, the holy grail of Thai stir-fry. Spicy, aromatic, loaded with fresh basil and minced meat. I asked for it "pet mak" (extra spicy) and they delivered.
Grilled Lobster (กุ้งมังกรย่าง): This dish deserves a standing ovation. Juicy, meaty, grilled to smoky perfection and served on banana leaves with garlic butter drizzled on top. You could taste the ocean with every bite.
And of course, we went all in with chili dips: the nam jim seafood (green sauce) and sweet chili. They complimented every bite, especially the fried shrimp. Fire.
Service? Flawless. The staff were super friendly and fast. They checked in on us without being overbearing, and even helped us take a photo with the Pattaya sign in the background. Five-star service with a Thai smile.
Atmosphere? Vibes. Laid-back yet festive. Good lighting. Clean tables. Chill music. You can dress up or just rock a casual fit. Whether you're here with family, your girl, or the boys—it's a vibe.
Prices? For the quality and the location—worth every baht. You're eating fresh seafood by the ocean in Pattaya with top-tier flavor and presentation. Come on.
To sum it up: King Seafood is a must-visit. Food: 10/10 View: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Value for money: 10/10 This wasn’t just dinner. This was a memory.

Read moreI am so love this place. This is a good one in Pattaya!
My family and I visited Pattaya for a week. After looking through some reviews for some good seafood via google and ask some local people in town, we decided on King seafood. We got there at night around 7.30 pm, the restaurant was fully with many people and literally no wait to be seated, which was nice because it was dinner time. The place was nicely decorated and very great atmosphere. I like the wind and smell of the sea. They make me feel so fresh.
The waiter we had was so on-point. He was friendly, explained the menu and make excellent recommendations, and he was extremely attentive. We were seated right by the sea and had a great view.
We started off with Shrimp Cake, which definitely lived up to our expectations. I ordered Crab Meat Fried Rice, It was a great taste. My Dad love it. The waiter recommenced deep fried fish with garlic but I forgot the name. It is a very fresh and great great taste! Must eat it! I'm kinda food lover so I preferred to try Grilled squid, Stir fried shrimp with curry , Steamed mussels and Baked Slipper Lobster with white wine. All seafoods are very impressive bc they'er fresh and have a good taste. My brother ordered Stir fried Chineses watercress and Stir fried baby clams with Thai sweet chilli sauce. They were great. Actually, my bro wanted to order steam crab but I said 'No!' bc I was lazy to crack them and didn't want a bit of a messy experience, Lol. I also got to try alcoholic with my bro, I took a simple of mine ' Dry Martini' and my bro got some I didn't know the name. Dry Martini was so simple but my bro's glass which was surprisingly pleasant. Tasty and not too sweet. For the price, I'm a person that a little strict about the money. So, before I decided to take this place I read a review, asked local people around there and compared the price. This place is value and impressive for me with reasonable price and great quality food.
Highly recommended if you're in the Pattaya and want some fresh seafood that will not disappoint. 5/5 with decor, service, atmosphere reasonable price and most...
