Longhorn Steakhouse & Grill Pattaya — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Ordered the triple surf and turf. The steak was super good! But the mixed skewer was average (super dry fish, but the shrimp were great, as were half the veg. Half the veg was soft like it was boiled first then grilled). They obviously do the boil then flash the potatoes to brown them. But the taters needed a hotter pan and maybe less oil. They were warm, but not caramelized brown except in a couple spots. They were a bit mushy, too much so for a cubed sauteed potato.. Should have been much firmer. A bit of garlic would also totally help here. The potatoes were way under seasoned and were a detraction on the plate. Yes, I ate them. Because, potatoes, just added salt and a ton of pepper to help them say hello. They were not worthy of the high quality steak that came with them.

To be fair, I went for lunch and there were only three customers in the restaurant. When a kitchen is slow, food quality dips a little. This happens everywhere. Probably a prep guy is running the pans until it gets busy. So, I'll give them another go when they're busier and everything is popping in the back of the house. That said, it was better than average, just not great.

I had an amazing dining experience at Longhorn Steakhouse in Pattaya, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel welcome. The restaurant has a cozy yet stylish ambiance, perfect for enjoying a great meal.

I ordered the Beef Stew and a Fillet Steak, and both dishes were absolutely outstanding. The Beef Stew was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The beef was incredibly tender, absorbing all the deep, savory flavors of the stew. Every bite was pure comfort food at its best.

The Fillet Steak was just as impressive. Cooked exactly to my preferred doneness, it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The steak had a beautiful sear on the outside while remaining buttery soft inside. The quality of the meat was exceptional, making it one of the best steaks I’ve had in Pattaya.

Beyond the fantastic food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my meal.

Me and my wife visited. First of all I want to tell I am hardly ever impressed in Pattaya for the restaurants, but World Cut exceeded all my expectations. I love places with live music, intimate interior and great food. It is surprisingly hard to find in Pattaya, after having been here for years. I had the pleasure enjoy the preformers’ world class jazzy tunes, her voice was really creating the mood for the evening, it was Valentine's after all. Got served amazing dinner, with meat to die for. Cocktails were top notch, and tip of the iceberg was the personal conversation with the resident artist of the venue. That is unheard of someone is so courteous to an average restaurant goer. We spoke about singing, music, and they really performed for us from the bottom of her heart. That really made my evening, and actually hearing real artist to perform in a restaurant. I want to thank for the unforgettable evening, and my highest respect for the hotel management having the guts hiring such a dashing talent to perform in your restaurant. Not sure which one loved more, the music or the food. I will be back many many times. For both.
